This is upgrade is suitable for all Eagle, Addison-Mckee® and
Eaton-Leonard® tube benders that are in poor mechanical condition
and have obsolete controls. The machine must be returned to Eagle for
repair.
includes all of the work carried out in the Silver package PLUS:
Overhaul the Reaction arm, replace any worn parts
Overhaul the Bend arm assembly, replace any worn parts
Overhaul the carriage / POB assembly, replace any worn parts
Replace filters
Install low-energy-hold feature for increased operator safety
Install blocking-valve for the C-axis
Includes operators manual ( including wiring schematics ) on CD
Includes two days operator training
Includes six-month warranty to cover the replacement costs of all components installed during the upgrade and one year on labor.
