The work to be carried out is as follows:

• Completely disassemble the machine
• Strip paint from all components
• Re-paint in standard Eagle colors (or customers colors... Paint code # or sample required)
• Overhaul the carriage and POB, replace any worn parts
• Install new brushless servo motors on the Y and B axes
• Overhaul the Bend arm assembly, replace any worn parts
• Overhaul the Pressure Die assembly, replace any worn parts
• Install auto-lube for all slides
• Replace the hydraulic pump
• Refurbish all hydraulic valves
• Replace all hydraulic hoses
• Replace seals in all hydraulic cylinders
• Replace the water-cooled heat-exchanger
• Install blocking valve on the C axis
• Install new Proportional valve on the C axis
• Install low-energy-hold feature for increased operator safety
• Install new digital amplifiers on the Y and B axes
• Remove the existing control console
• Install new console with the latest AddisonMckee software
• Install new IO rack
• Replace all machine wiring
• Replace all proximity switches
• Replace the Safety mats (Laser scanner available at additional cost)
• Includes operators manual (including wiring schematics) on CD
• Includes two days operator training
• Includes full warranty:

  • Purchased Parts: One year from original ship date
  • Remanufactured Parts: One year from original ship date
