Replace Control Only
This upgrade is suitable for all Eagle, Addison-Mckee® and Eaton-Leonard® tube
benders that are in good mechanical condition but have obsolete controls.
The machine can either be returned to Eagle or upgraded on-site.
This package assumes that the existing servo drives are current and
in functional condition and do not require replacement and the existing
machine field wiring can be retained.

Work to be carried out is as follows:
- Remove the existing control console
- Install new console with the latest AddisonMckee software
- Install new IO rack
- Interface existing wiring to new IO rack
- Tune servo drives to match new control
- Inspect and test all safety devices
- Includes operators manual (including wiring schematics) on
CD
- Includes one day operator training
- Includes LIMITED 6-month warranty to cover the replacement
costs of components installed during the control upgrade
